This hotel is newly remodelled, handy location, well-trained staff. The rooms are well-kept with delightful views of the roof top. The bed is comfortable. The services are efficient, including a clean pool. Btw parking is possible on site.

The room had 2 washers and 2 dryers. The complimentary breakfast included tasty options. The location was surprisingly quiet and convenient; you can walk to the Watergate Complex. The service was efficient. The pool was clean.

The rooms here are nicely decorated with super comfy beds and the pool is always squeaky clean, plus it's conveniently situated close to lots of attractions, Georgetown, the Kennedy Center, and other essentials.

We had a hot continental breakfast, at reasonable rates, the food was outstanding. The room was freshly decorated and large with a large bathroom. The location was wonderful, just a short stroll away from Watergate Complex. We dined at a nice nearby restaurant with Chinese dishes.

Loved the bed and room. The staff was great. I having only one complaint and that was the pool. Looked smaller than the picture.

We had a really nice stay at Residence Inn By Marriott in Washington. The hotel is nicely appointed and luxurious, with very knowledgeable staff. We truly enjoyed the excellent location, as it is very close to Watergate, GW University, Georgetown, the White House. Additionally, having a Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and many restaurants nearby made everything very convenient.

Convenient Location: This place is right next to the National Mall along with museums and plenty of food spots 🏛️🍔. The room we stayed in had a nice modern decor and came equipped with a fold-out couch, sofa beds, and even a small kitchenette for added convenience.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. I greatly enjoyed being close to a farmer's market. The location was comfy and quiet, very close to the Kennedy Center. The room was updated and a nice size. Excellent service. The breakfasts were always hearty with scrambled eggs, potatoes, and fruit.

The hotel's location is very convenient if you are seeing shows at the Kennedy Center or exploring the city - short walks to the Mall, Dupont, Georgetown, or downtown. The rooms are spacious and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, and clean refrigerator. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was awesome with a great selection of food and fruits.

All was satisfactory.

Metro was so convenient and also the area excellent for food etc. one of the best nights sleep I have had in a city-comfort of bed- unreal!

Car Parking charges. I will certainly look around for other places as I am planning to return for another visit to Washington.
